Cathedral city Truro is 7 miles from the property and the North Cornwall Coast a mere 30 minute drive away. Beautifully presented, the cottage is a 2 bedroom barn conversion with off road parking available. The perfect retreat, and ideal for walkers, a number of private paths surround the property with extensive mature woodland leading down to Restronguet Creek.

The cottage boasts a private garden and terrace and accommodation is all on one level. Local amenities include a shop and pub just 1 mile away and an 18 hole golf course 3 miles distant. The cottage is non smoking throughout and also we do not accommodate pets. The pretty enclosed garden is equipped with furniture and a barbeque.
