Within the well tended grounds are five detached houses each with their own private garden. You will feel totally at home in this wonderful setting. The mile long sandy beach of Praa Sands is a few minutes walk away and there are no busy roads to cross. The beach is sheltered and ideal for families with young children. The Post Office and other shops are five minutes walking distance and there are riding stables near at hand. The nine hole Praa Sands Golf Centre is less than a mile away, and there are three further eighteen hole golf courses on cliff top locations within easy reach by car. Public tennis courts at Helston and Penzance are also available. From Praa Sands you can experience some delightful cliff walks. To the east lies Rinsey Cove, Trewavas Head and the fishing village of Porthleven whilst westwards are Hoe Point, and the twin coves of Prussia and Bessie's, both famous in smuggling days.

All our houses are modern and sunny with attractive south-facing elevations, and the gardens are screened from the Estates' private road by excallonia hedges. The interiors are all well furnished with double glazed windows and fully equipped for a comfortable holiday. Four winds is a more traditional house of good design, with all main rooms facing due south and separated from the beach only by its own garden. This accommodation offers a large tastefully furnished lounge and sun lounge. There is a separate dining-room with access to a fully equipped kitchen and adjoining laundry room.
