Rosemorran consists of two Cornish granite cottages approximately 2 miles from Penzance, one of Cornwall's most famous and spectacular coastal towns. Located in a pleasant rural setting next to the pretty village of Gulval with its own post office, general store and good local pub, this is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday with walks and cycle rides together with riding stables nearby.. The cottages are very comfortably furnished and boast excellent sea and country views. This is West Cornwall at its very best with a plethora of National Trust gardens for you to visit.

The area boasts many fabulous restaurants and cafes in St Ives and Penzance, together with 'must go' attractions such as the Tate Gallery St Ives, The Scilly Isles from the local heliport, St Michaels Mount, The Minack Theatre and the fishing harbours of Newlyn and Mousehole, and beaches at Marazion and Porthcurno. However you want to spend your leisure time on holiday in Cornwall, the county pretty much has it covered and if you fancy just relaxing back at the properties, both Conifer and Rosemorran cottages are fully furnished and offer beautiful views of the sea and country views.

Rooms Description

On arrival you will be offered a tea tray and flowers for a real home from home experience. Rosemorran has a luxury bathroom, a twin and a double bedroom. There is a large comfortable lounge and well fitted kitchen. Outside is a patio with garden furniture and BBQ for guests private use. Conifer has a double en suite bedroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. There is a single bedroom on the ground floor with a comfortable lounge and kitchen diner upstairs to take advantage of stunning sea and country views with plenty of windows to the front and back of the property.

We regret that we do not accept children under the age of 10 years and we do not accept pets. Both properties have ample off road parking.
