Self catering holiday lodges and cottages with extensive facilities set in a wooded valley near the coast, perfect for family breaks and couples.

Forda Lodges and Cottages offer eight 'A' frame lodges, two 'Delta' lodges and two 5 Star self catering holiday cottages in a tranquil wooded valley near the coast, Bude and the Tamar Lakes in Cornwall. In the lowest part of the grounds there are ponds ringed by woodland paths, grasses and wild flowers whose colours change with the seasons. Once a traditional Cornish farmstead, the area has now been converted into a small and select holiday setting featuring award winning lodges and a wide range of leisure facilities. On site visitors will find an indoor heated swimming pool, spa hot tub, sauna, spa treatments, tennis court, games room and outdoor play areas with giant chess, see saw, sand pit and boules pitch. In addition to these there are also three medium size coarse fishing lakes within the 17 acres of grounds, for the exclusive use of guests.

Our Scandinavian style 'A' frame lodges are rated 4 stars and sleep up to four or five people in one double and one twin bedroom, and a cot or bed can be added to either bedroom. Each is complete with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a digital freeview TV and video and DVD player. Our two 'Delta' lodges are similarly equipped to the "A" frame lodges and are all on one level, with one sleeping four people and the other two or three people. The Forda Stables is a luxurious five star rated self catering holiday cottage rated Mobility Level 3 under the National Accessible Scheme. The cottage sleeps up to six people and is fully equipped and furnished to the highest standards. Finally, the Barn is a five star luxury cottage sleeping up to six or eight people and is again fitted and furnished to the highest standards.
