Perfectly located in the heart of the historic fishing village of Polperro, Crumplehorn Cottages offer a selection of traditional Cornish cottages and streamside apartments sleeping 2/4. Trenarth Cottage at Hannafore, West Looe is our spacious family house sleeping 2/5 guests in 3 bedrooms, boasting spectacular sea views. Crumplehorn Cottages are ideally situated for exploring a host of attractions in East Cornwall including the Fowey estuary, made famous by Daphne Du Maurier, and family friendly Looe - offering a choice of leisure pursuits including diving and fishing. Popular attractions such as the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and numerous National Trust properties are within easy reach and a choice of outdoor activities including sailing, surfing, golf and cycling are available nearby. Access to the spectacular South West Coastal Path is just a few minutes stroll from each of our cottages.

The picture postcard fishing village Polperro is enchanting with narrow streets and quaint cottages, every artists dream. The beautiful town of Looe boasts a working fishing harbour, large safe sandy beach and a myriad of cafes, pubs and restaurants. Many historic villages are within a few miles of Crumplehorn Cottages - Fowey, Mevagissey and Charlestown. Guests have easy access to a choice of beautiful beaches on both the north coast for surfing, or gentler family beaches around Fowey and St Austell Bay to the south. A daily bus services is available from Crumplehorn to Polruan, Looe, the Monkey Sanctuary at St Martins & Downderry. Private off road parking and delightful sun trap patio areas for dining Al fresco are provided at each cottage.

Rooms Description

Our cottages sleep from 1 to 5 guests plus travel cot, with a variety of single, double and twin bedrooms. Each cottage has its own distinct character - wooden beams, sash windows and stone fireplaces. Comfortably furnished with all of the things you'd expect to find, plus those little extras that make your holiday one to remember. Antiques and curios placed thoughtfully throughout, to compliment each cottage.

Graco travel cots and high chairs are available upon request free of charge. Fresh flowers always provided to welcome you upon arrival at our cottages.
