Bucklawren Bed and Breakfast offers 4 star, Silver awarded bed and breakfast accommodation close to the beautiful fishing village of Looe, Cornwall. The accommodation is based in our elegant 19th century farmhouse with spectacular views over Looe Bay. Providing great food is also important at Bucklawren. On site there is the Bucklawren Granary Restaurant, which provides locally sourced quality food. For all B&B guests, a traditional farmhouse breakfast is cooked the old fashioned way on an Aga, and we offer a vegetarian option as well as being happy to cater for special dietary requirements. With so much to do in the area, you may just want to relax in our south facing sun-lounge, which is the ideal place to unwind. We also have a large and spacious lounge with many books to browse through. The sun-lounge offers breathtaking views over Looe bay.

Bucklawren Farm B&B has large, luxury, individually decorated Twin and Double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms either have a sea or rural view, and there is ground floor accommodation available. There is also a south-facing sun-lounge with views over Looe bay and a large lounge with many books. Wi-Fi access available.
Specialities
Bucklawren Farm has a rich history. It lies on an ancient Celtic site, and the original manor is mentioned in the 11th-century Domesday Book, and the site was a nunnery in medieval times. Today, as well as offering award winning accommodation, Bucklawren is a 400 acre working arable and beef farm. Bucklawren Farm Bed and Breakfast has also won the West Country Tourist Board Farm Holiday Award and a Silver Award from Enjoy England. The B&B is also environmentally aware. We have taken steps to reduce the impact on our local environment by recycling, composting, conserving energy and reducing water consumption, and as a result have been awarded a Green Acorn Award.

Directions
From Plymouth: Take the A38 to Trerulefoot roundabout. Turn left to Looe. After 11/2 miles, (2.4km) turn right onto the A387 to Looe. Follow the road through Hessenford, past the turning to Widegates, (now the B3253) to the village of Nomansland. Take the first left at Nomansland, signposted to The Monkey Sanctuary. After about 1/4 mile, (.04km) turn left. Follow this road for 1/2 mile (.08km) then turn right at the signpost for Bucklawren. Approximately 1/2 mile (.8km) down the lane, past the Bucklawren House, farm building and restaurant. Bucklawren Farm on the left. from Looe: Proceed out of Looe towards Plymouth, turning right onto the B3253. Carry on for about 2 miles, (3.2km.) Turn right at the signpost for The Monkey Sanctuary. Follow the road for about 1 mile, then turn right at the signpost for Bucklawren Farm. Approximately 1/2 mile (.8km) down the lane, past the Bucklawren House, farm building and restaurant.
