Langfield Manor has eight self catering holiday apartments located in a secluded corner of Bude, next to Bude golf club and near shops restaurants and beaches

Instead of flying abroad for your holidays, head down to Cornwall instead and stay in the picturesque town of Bude? Situated on the north Cornwall and Devon border, the town benefits from its own eco-climate, so has good weather all year round. Come and stay at Langfield Manor, which dates back to 1905, and has been converted from the original manor house into eight apartments. We have an outdoor heated swimming pool and a games room with a full-size snooker table, dart board, billiards and table tennis, and the conservatory is the ideal place to sit and relax and read the papers or a favourite book. The town has numerous restaurants and shops and there is lots for people of all ages to see and do, enjoy the coastal walks and take advantage of the close proximity of the sandy beaches and sea. Golfers in particular are well catered for with the North Cornwall Golf course so near.

Our aim is to provide self catering accommodation of a high standard and a setting for a comfortable and enjoyable time. You are welcome to eat your own prepared meals at the pool-side where outdoor tables and chairs are situated. There is also a barbecue area for outside grilling.. Our grounds have ample room for safe off-road parking and you might find that you don't need your car again until the end of your holiday.

Rooms Description

The Manor has recently been refurbished, giving it a modern but comfortable feel. There are eight individual, self catering apartments converted from the original manor house. They have either one, two or three bedrooms, a well fitted kitchen each equipped with a fridge-freezer and microwave in addition to a conventional oven, and a dining area and lounge featuring a wide screen TV and DVD. The Studio apartment opens onto the garden patio and provides easy access to the terrace for eating outside in the Summer. We have recently installed solar panels to provide central heating and hot water in the house and also to heat the pool. All apartments have showers and five have baths and showers. The second bedroom in Polmarran and Trevelyan and the third bedroom in Coppinger have been designed for children and are more suited to families. A separate laundry room is equipped with two washing machines and a tumble dryer. Each apartment has an iron and ironing board and mini-safes are also provided.

Specialities

Christmas and New Year in Cornwall have a special atmosphere all of their own and of course Langfield Manor is still open to enable you to make the most of it. In fact, we are the perfect location for a reunion or party so why not have the exclusive use of the Manor for a large family gathering at Christmas New Year or any other suitable occasion. WiFi is also provided free of charge.
