Atlantic Heights B&B is a modern, newly refurbished townhouse, situated in a small private terrace with free parking, offering accommodation for the more discerning guests. As the address indicates, this guest house is situated on the seaward side of St. Ives, offering arguably the most magnificent views of the open Ocean, breathtaking coastal scenery and beyond. Due to its close proximity and open aspect, the view also affords uninterrupted views of the town, the Tate Gallery, the glorious Porthmeor beach, Godrevy lighthouse and the picturesque coastal Zennor walk/ path.

All rooms are furnished to the highest possible standard of modern comfort including: Flat screen LCD TV, Digital TV receivers, Internet broadband connection, Tassimo coffee/tea machine, hairdryer, small fridge, Iron and Iron board, luxurious bed and high quality bed-linen. All en suites are equipped with either spa/whirlpool bath or very spacious showers, shaver point, complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels and bathrobes. Broadband Internet access now available in all rooms upon request.

Directions

DIRECTIONS to Atlantic Heights B&B. Take the A3074 to St Ives. Proceed on this route via Lelant and Carbis Bay to St Ives. Entering the town along Trelyon Avenue you pass a Ford dealership and then come to a fork with the Porthminster Hotel on your right hand side. Take a right turn proceeding down the hill with the sea on your right hand side. As you enter the town you will pass the Malakoff Bus Station on the right as the road bears to the left, and then to the right by the Roman Catholic Church. At this point you are at Tregenna Hill. Proceed down the hill and take the first left by the National Westminster Bank into Gabriel Street. Continue on this road to the first mini roundabout, turning right into Bullans Lane by the old primary school/Stennack surgery. Drive to the top of the hill and turn right at the 'T' junction, opposite Belmont Terrace, follow road as it bears sharp left at the cemetery down Porthmeor Hill and turn first left into Channel View. Proceed along Channel View past a terrace of houses on your left and a row of gardens/garages to your right. Just a few yards further down you should be able to see our sign (Atlantic Heights) on your right hand side, which is at the back of the house. Turn right immediately after this sign into the driveway, so that you drive round to the front of the guest house, where you can park. Parking spaces are immediately opposite number 11.
