Woodstock Guest House offers four star bed and breakfast accommodation in a Victorian town house in beautiful Penzance, Cornwall. The property is superbly situated just off the promenade, between Morrab Gardens and Penlee Park. Penzance is the only town in Cornwall with a seafront promenade, ideal for relaxing strolls. The town has many things to see and do, from its beautiful sub-tropical gardens to its busy harbour and picturesque backstreets.

Penzance is the ideal base from which to explore the magnificent and varied county of Cornwall. Visit nearby St Michael's Mount, Lands End or the spectacular sandy beaches for which the area is renowned. There are many quaint fishing villages and harbours waiting to be discovered and for art lovers there is the Penlee House Gallery and Museum or The Tate at St Ives. The Minack Theatre in Porthcurno, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and famous Eden Project are all also within easy reach for a day trip.

Rooms Description

We have seven bedrooms, all tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard with colour TV, clock radio, hairdryer and complimentary refreshment trays. Five of our rooms have full en-suite facilities with toilet, shower and wash hand basin. The standard room and standard twin located on the 2nd floor share WC/shower. This room arrangement is ideal for parties of three or four as they are shared facilities. When booking the standard room please note that the bed is 4' wide rather than 4'6". Specialities

Children over the age of five are welcome. Regretfully, we cannot accommodate pets. We operate a non smoking policy throughout our home. A choice of Full English, Vegetarian or Continental breakfast is served in our elegant dining room. Vegan and special diets may also be catered for.
