Trelawney is situated just three hundred metres from the shops and restaurants of Hugh Town on the beautiful Isles of Scilly. The harbour is a short walk away, from where visitors can take boats leaving for the off islands, and the beach is a stone's throw away. The property was built in 1890 and is characterised by high ceilings and large windows allowing plenty of natural light throughout.

Having just been converted in the winter of 2009/10, all 3 of the flats are fitted out to a high standard, having all of the comforts of home -the ground and first floor flats have a lounge with freeview LCD TV, DVD player and stereo, kitchen/diners have a built in electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave oven and separate bedrooms which also have freeview TV for those holiday lie-in mornings! The studio flat, though compact, is also fitted out to a high standard, with a double bed, sofa, small kitchen and en-suite shower room. Being on the second floor it has far reaching views to the front with a windowseat looking across the harbour towardsTresco and Bryher.
