The Old Chapel is perfectly situated for touring the beautiful county of Cornwall. We are close to the lovely harbour villages of Fowey, Looe and Polperro and the rugged majesty of Bodmin moor. The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are within easy reach as is the beautiful north Cornwall coast and the surfing beaches of Newquay and Polzeath. Other villages such as Boscastle and Port Isaac (location for the TV drama Doc Martin) are within 40 minutes' drive and you can easily drive or catch a train to Plymouth and wander the ancient streets of the Barbican (departure point for the Pilgrim Fathers) or visit the National Marine Aquarium.
