Woodmill Farm is ideally situated for exploring Cornwall. Within striking distance are its famed gardens, glorious beaches and historic ports. Cornwall's growing reputation for good food is bolstered by excellent local restaurants, particularly in Fowey, only ten minutes away. If you enjoy walking, look no further than the nearby Luxulyan Valley, a notable local beauty spot, and the historic Saints' Way. Cyclists will enjoy the many cycle tracks and networks. The Eden Project is a stone's throw away and The Lost Gardens of Heligan a little further, on the road to picturesque Mevagissey. Golfing, sailing, fishing, riding '` whatever takes your fancy '` all are within easy reach. We extend a warm welcome and wish you a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The Brambles, Rowan, Sweet Chestnut and Keeper's cottage are all housed within the Mill. Buttercup cottage is a separate single storey cottage set a little apart from the Mill, with its own garden and decked seating area. Fresh linen and towels are included. There is also a shared outside seating/dining area, ideal for barbeques or just to sit and have a nice glass of wine. Ample car parking is available. Oh and by the way, we have a no smoking policy. Rooms Description

All the cottages are centrally heated and have colour television/DVD/CD. On entering these cottages, you will find a well equipped bright kitchen/diner with a farmhouse table and a ground floor cloakroom. A staircase winds up to the inviting open plan lounge with a Juliette balcony overlooking the meadow, then up to the top floor which contains the master bedroom en-suite. The exposed beams and traditional wooden flooring gives a cosy warm feel. Comfortable soft sofas and tasteful decor make this a real 'home from home', a real treat to come and relax in. Separate from the main building is a utility room with washer/dryer and outside toilet.

We would like to create an atmosphere of freedom, so when guests arrive they are not just on holiday in the cottages, but feel welcome to enjoy our animals and space, blending in with us and our lifestyle. We would like them to feel they are part of our extended family.

Directions

From Bodmin on the A30, take the St Austell turnoff, which is the A391. Continue on this road until you reach a T-junction with traffic lights, then turn left onto the A390 towards St Blazey, Par and Fowey. After about half a mile, you'll come to a roundabout; go straight over, which will bring you to St Blazey Gate. Drive through, and you will come to St Blazey itself. Keep going until, when you are almost through St Blazey, you see a filling station on the right. Directly opposite the filling station, turn left onto Prideaux Road (signposted 'Eden Project') and Woodmill Farm is about a hundred yards along on the right. On the lower map, follow the blue line.
