Summer Breeze enjoys an ideal location just two minutes from the town centre and beach in the ever popular surf resort of Newquay in Cornwall. For those arriving by train, the railway station is just a short distance away and Trenance Gardens, Animal World and Waterworld are all to be found nearby. The resort of St Ives provides the ideal base for exploring the whole of Cornwall including St Ives, Padstow, Megavissey, Penzance, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, all of which can be reached in under an hour.

Summer Breeze is run as a guest house and, though surfers are very welcome, you will not find any bunk type accommodation here - comfort and cleanliness are our top priorities. Before heading out into the resort or further afield, start the day with one of our popular breakfasts. We are only too happy to cater for vegetarian diets but please let us know in advance. We welcome couples, families and groups of friends but we do not accept stag or hen parties.
