Oxturn House, at Ladock, is in the centre of Cornwall, only six miles from the main A30 road, making this an ideal base for exploring Cornwall. Ladock itself is a small village a short drive from the Cathedral City of Truro, with its famous architecture, popular shopping centre and many retaurants. There is a regular boat trip from Truro down the lovely River Fal to Falmouth. We are on the edge of the Roseland Peninsula with its wealth of delights such as Portloe, Veryan, St. Mawes, and the beautiful church at St. Just In Roseland.

Your generous country breakfast with a choice of yoghurt, fruit, cereals etc will be served in the guests' dining room. After your breakfast we will be happy to help you plan your day ahead. During your stay you are welcome to use our lovely drawing room with deep sofas and French doors opening onto the terrace. Breakfast is served in the Guests' dining room which overlooks the garden where the birds are usually enjoying their breakfast. We provide a list of recommended eating places and the village pub, which is friendly with good food, is within easy walking distance.
