The accommodation is conveniently located just five minutes walk from Newquay's Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne and Porth beaches and a stone's throw from the local shops. Newquay town centre and its wide variety of shops, quality restaurants, bars and clubs is a mere ten minute stroll away. Ashley and Cindy, your hosts, moved to Newquay in 2002 and assure a warm and friendly welcome to all. Cindy is a qualified chef (which you are sure to appreciate at breakfast time!) and Ashley is an accomplished surfer with a wealth of local knowledge to share.

At Jasmine House all of our guest rooms are newly decorated and finished to a high standard with en-suite or private bathroom. All rooms are complete with TV, tea and coffee making facilities and towels and your room is serviced daily throughout your stay. Our breakfasts are designed to get your day off to the best possible start - choose from a traditional full English, continental or fruit platter - all included in the price! Friendly and well behaved dogs are welcome at Jasmine House, though we do ask that you inform us of this at the time of booking. Guests are asked not to smoke in the house but are welcome to use the sheltered garden to indulge. Ample off road parking is available.If there are any dietry needs please specify when booking.

Rooms Description

All of our rooms are ensuite except the double room, but this has shower and toilet ajascent to it.The master has a bath. 2 rooms have fourposter beds in them.All rooms have large lcd tv,s with freeview. The family room and Master room have DVD Players with a selection of films. If you require champayne flowers or chocolates for a loved one we will get them for you and put them in the room as a surprise. Final bill will be added to your balance.
