There is plenty to see and do in the area whether you are looking for a quiet break or a fun filled weekend, there will be something to suit you. The world famous Eden Project is close by with its domes containing tropical and temperate plants. The Lost Garden of Heligan is well worth a visit, as are many other privately owned gardens which are spectacular in Spring. Spend a day in Charlestown, our quaint harbour village with tall ships and excellent restaurants and cafés. Play golf at St Austell and Lostwithiel golf courses or enjoy the coastal paths, moors, beaches and National Trust properties.
Rooms Description
Our Porthpean room has a luxurious king size bed and comfortable seating with coffee tabe etc. The Polkerris room has a double and single bed so can be used as a double or twin room. Both of our spacious bedrooms are equipped with flat screen colour TV with digital Freeview and DVD, mini cooler, drinks making facilities with selection box and biscuits, radio/alarm clock, and hair dryer. The ensuite bathrooms include razor sockets and complimentary toiletries.
Specialities
I make all my own bread and this goes perfectly with my Mum's home made marmalade. Free WIFI available throughout the house. Private parking for 3 cars at the rear of the property. If arriving by public transport we are happy to pick you up from the station ( please mention this on booking )

From the A30: Take the St Austell sliproad. Go straight through the villages of Bugle and Stenalees. At a roundabout, ignor signs to the left...go straght over. Enter St Austell going round a steep righthand u bend. Stay on the same road, crossing lights. At the next lights turn right then immediately right on a small track to the rear of the property to the parking area.
