Rooms Description

The Anchorage Bed & Breakfast offers 4 Star guest accommodation in the heart of St Ives. A choice of four rooms are available. Room 1- A light and airy double en-suite room (shower) at the top of the house with views over the rooftops of the harbour, Smeaton's Pier, St Ives Bay and across to Gwithian. The exposed A Frame ceiling beams remind you that you are staying in an 18th Century property. Room 2 - A large ground floor double/twin room with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom. This room has its own access via a stable door onto Bunkers Hill. There are many character features such as exposed beams, granite arches and an oak pillar. Room 3 - A good sized double en-suite room (shower) on the first floor with a window seat overlooking Bunkers Hill. Room 4 - A small double room that can also be used as a good sized single. This charming room also has a window seat overlooking Bunker's Hill. Although not en-suite, there is a private toilet and shower room just across the landing.

Specialities

Breakfast is served in the dining room between 8.30 and 9.15am. There is a self-service table with a selection of fresh fruit, fruit juice and a variety of cereals. Hot drinks include breakfast tea, herbal & infusion teas or a cafetiere of coffee (decaffeinated tea and coffee are available if you prefer).
