There are plenty of relaxing areas at the Manor. In the summer choose from poolside sun terraces, patios leading from the restaurant and the terraced lawns overlooking Porth beach. In the winter months enjoy the intimate charm of the bar and conservatory with the open log fire. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with private bath (or shower) and toilet, central heating, satellite TV with a wide range of channels including Sky Sports plus tea/coffee maker. Several bedrooms have the enhanced benefit of beach views, which are available at a small supplement. Family rooms are available for two adults plus maximum two children, in extra child beds or bunk beds. A full English breakfast is served daily for all guests. For those who have booked half board accommodation a three-course table d'Hote dinner is included, plus coffee, and a table will automatically be reserved each evening. Bed and breakfast guests are also more than welcome to take dinner, subject to space.

Follow the A30 past Exeter and Bodmin and, after approximately 10 miles leave at junction marked Newquay and Airport. Take 3rd exit off roundabout signed Newquay, Wadebridge and Airport. Proceed along dual carriageway to the next roundabout and take 3rd exit signed Wadebridge and Airport. Proceed to next roundabout and take 1st exit signed Newquay and Airport. Proceed about 5 miles following signs for Newquay and at junction turn right to Newquay on A3058. Proceed for a further mile and at mini-roundabout turn right to Porth on B3276. Porth Veor Manor is half a mile on the left.
