Great Trethew Manor is set in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by 30 acres of beautiful gardens, woodlands and meadows. The only access is a delightful half mile drive. Bordered with many lovely trees and shrubs. Within the grounds we have a hard tennis court, fish ponds, trout lake, croquet lawn, barbecue area, car parking and plenty of room for the children to play. There are many woodland and garden walks which harbour a wide variety of wildlife including, Woodpeckers, Jays, Nut Hatches, Pigeon, Pheasant, Partridge, Snipe, Kingfisher, Heron, Fox, Rabbits. Badgers and the occasional Deer

The Cottages are approximately 200 years old, formally stables of the Manor The cottages are let Saturday-to-Saturday, keys are made available from 3.30pm on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday. The accommodation to each cottage is fully furnished and equipped. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin room) sleeping up to 4 guests. There is a small garden to the front of each cottage, with a large communal area for barbeques. Parking is off-road to the front of each property. All cottage guests have the use of facilities listed. We also have two-holiday cottages ¼ mile out of Looe adjoining each other. The cottages are part of an ex-working farm and Pine Cottage consists of three bedrooms with open beam ceiling, shower room, a large Kitchen and lounge with a conservatory overlooking farm pasture and distant sea views. Cherry Tree cottage consists of three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, large dining area and separate lounge. Both cottages have use of private car parking, patio areas and gardens. Guests of these cottages are also welcome to use all facilities at Great Trethew Manor.
