Situated in the picturesque village of Lanreath, The Famous Punch Bowl Inn combines the best of Cornish history (it's been open since 1620)! with modern standards of service and cuisine. As a free house it offers a selection of the finest local beers and lagers which includes its own brew alongside a selection of guest ales to suit all tastes. The chef, who specializes in creating dishes from locally sourced produce, has created menus to suit all tastes and budgets, and can cater for special requests or menus with a little notice.

Our Sunday lunch offers exceptional value and is always popular so book early. The Inn has a number of bar and restaurant areas and an enclosed garden so children and pets can feel welcome. There is also a large car park, able to accommodate coaches and larger groups. For parties and special occasions there is function room with its own dance floor for musical evenings and discos. Whether you are just popping in for an evening or planning a special event you are assured of a warm welcome from Simon, Julie and the staff. We have Two en-suite family rooms these are also ideal for parents with older children as they have connecting doors and six double e-suite room. A single and twin are also available. TV and tea and coffee making facilities are supplied in each.
