No3 Albany Terrace is a lovely Victorian townhouse in a great position overlooking Porthminster bay and across to Godrevy Lighthouse. The property has two large double bedrooms, one with a large ensuite bathroom and the other with an ensuite shower room. The property is perfect for families or groups of friends, particularly surfers. The old fishing quarter of St Ives is worth exploring, it is a picturesque warren of stone cottages, cobbled alleys and narrow streets.

The town centre, harbour and all four St Ives beaches are all within a few minutes walk. St Ives is a lovely old town with cobbled streets and plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and excellent restaurants.There are many artists studios and galleries to visit including the Tate Gallery, overlooking Porthmeor Beach which is famous for its fantastic surf. All prices include a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt,cereal, bacon and egg, homemade bread etc.There is limited parking.
