Bangors Organic Bed and Breakfast and Restaurant is a special place, being one of only three Soil Association certified organic B&Bs in the UK. The B&B is five miles south of Bude on the unspoiled north Cornish coast. North Cornwall has one of the most dramatic coastlines in the country and the coastal path can be found less than a mile from the property, ideal for exploring the spectacular scenery on foot. Alternatively you can experience the area by bicycle and journey the Camel and Tarka Trails. The nearest beach is Widemouth Bay, excellent for surfing with wetsuit and board hire available.

Bangors Organic Bed and Breakfast and Restaurant is situated on a five acre organic holding where we produce our own fresh organic produce used in the house and restaurant. Nothing compares to the flavours of fresh vegetables and salads picked from the garden and washed and served immediately. A choice of breakfasts is available daily including smoked salmon, kippers and the traditional full English accompanied with our own free range eggs. Simple and delicious evening meals are also available in the evening and we are licensed, offering a selection of organic wines, spirits and soft drinks. Should you feel like treating yourself, a range of holistic treatments are available including Indian face massage, Reiki, organic facials and reflexology.
