Beach House is a large colonial-style villa built for a sea captain in 1908. It stands in the finest position with its own private lane and lawns just above the wonderful 3 mile sandy beach of Hayle, and commands wonderful uninterrupted views westerly across St Ives Bay facing the sunset. It is adjacent to the coast path and the special flora and fauna of Hayle Towans '` the dunes.

The beach is only a few minutes away down the hill, and offers bathing (with lifeguards in season), surfing and many other watersports. There are also tidal lagoons providing warmer water for little ones, and a beach café for refreshments. The ground floor of Beach House is the holiday home of an architect. It offers several spacious rooms, all with high ceilings and lovely character details and full oil central heating. CONSERVATORY/ENTRANCE - This contains the dining table and leads on through the original front door to a 40 foot long black and white tiled corridor. KITCHEN - Brand new fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and dishwasher etc. table and chairs. LOUNGE - With seating for 8, TV with DVD and fab views from the 12 foot wide window. It has a window seat in the bay, a sofabed and seagrass carpeting. BATHROOM - Newly fitted with roll top bath.
