Chapel Cottages are a group of four listed cottages in a conservation area on the edge of St Tudy village. Built around 1820, these stone cottages were originally lived in by village craftsmen, and have now been charmingly restored. A wealth of features such as exposed beams, polished slate floors and small paned windows add to their charm and Cornish character. Located within a quiet, rural setting with private parking, Chapel Cottages are an ideal base from which to experience and explore the best of Cornwall. With the Eden Project only 16 miles away, guests are within easy driving distance of some renowned attractions including coastal footpaths, sandy beaches and walking, cycling and riding tracks.

The barns at Hockadays were built in the 17th century and were used for farming purposes until 1986. They are situated at Tregenna, an attractive hamlet of some six properties. The village of Blisland is half a mile away and has a well stocked shop, internet cafe and post office. Two small cottages have been created each suitable for couples. The cottages combine comfort with all the original character of the building including open beams, wooden lintels, small paned windows and cottage doors. Again, Hockadays Cottages are ideally located for accessing the many fantastic attractions nearby such as coastal footpaths, sandy beaches and walking, cycling and riding tracks.

Rooms Description

Chapel Cottages are all similar in size and accommodate up to five. The two pleasantly furnished bedrooms have fitted carpeting - all with some period furnishings. The larger bedroom has a double and a single bed and the smaller bedroom has two singles. Hockadays Cottages accommodate two people comfortably. With a sitting room, separate kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom, the cottages are ideal for a relaxing break away from busy everyday life.
