The bungalow is surrounded by gardens with dog-proof fencing and enjoys sweeping views over the Coombe Valley to the sea in this designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is a play area, family attractions, ancient inn and village store all nearby and the bungalow is well placed for touring both Devon and Cornwall.

Cordena has a large kitchen/breakfast room complete with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dual aspect lounge/diner has an open fireplace and is equipped with digital freeview TV, DVD, video and music centre for your entertainment. The bungalow has four bedrooms and a bathroom with separate toilet.

Rooms Description

Cordena sleeps up to nine people (including cot) in four bedrooms. No. 1 has a king-sized double bed and has sweeping views over countryside. No. 2 has similar views and contains twin beds. No. 3 is a family room with double bed, single bed and cot. It overloooks the secluded front garden. No. 4 is a single room, also facing the front garden.

Outside there is ample parking for three cars. Just a short distance to Duckpool, the beautiful local beach which has free car parking facilities and toilets.
