Elements is one of Cornwall's finest boutique hotels and restaurants, positioned on the wild cliffs of north Cornwall. We endeavour to ensure that your break is really special, after all you are here to have a great time! Guests of the hotel are entitled to complimentary use of the health and fitness rooms which are fully equipped with state of the art fitness equipment including multi-gym, cross trainer, cycle and rowing machines. There is also a sauna to ease away those aches and pains.
The hotel houses a purpose built surfboard store and drying room for you to get your gear set for the next adventure. This also doubles as secure storage for equipment, be it climbing gear, bikes or kitesurfing rig. The Elements restaurant serves breakfast between 8.30 am and 9.30 am. The restaurant has gained an excellent reputation as one of the finest eating establishments on the north coast. The theme is contemporary English cuisine utilising the abundance of fantastic ingredients available in this part of the world. Booking is recommended.

Our rooms have fantastic views across the ocean and countryside, contemporary en-suites, fabulously comfortable beds, LCD TVs complete with a PS2, hairdryers plus tea and coffee making facilities. We have a variety of rooms to suit all needs including single, double, twin and family.
Specialities
If you fancy learning to surf we can arrange lessons with former European champion, Mike Raven. Mike runs classes or one to one tuition can be arranged for those of intermediate ability or above. The hotel has a number of foam surfboards for guests.
