The apartment was new to the market in 2003 and so all appliances and furnishings are of a high standard and quality. The apartment is gas central heated and double glazed throughout. The lounge has a colour TV, DVD player, Playstation 1 games console and mini stereo system. The fitted kitchen has a fridge, washer/dryer and microwave.

There is also a small terrace area to the front of the apartment and to the rear of the building is a communal garden area with seating which houses a washing line, however if you leave anything to dry it is at your own risk. We have made the apartment as child-friendly as possible and if necessary we can provide a cot (including cot sheet and blankets) and high chair at no extra cost. There is also a gate at the top of the stairs as well as some plastic cups and plates. As there is an intercom entry system any prams can be left in the communal hallway outside the apartment (at your own risk).
