Tredarrup is beautifully situated, set amongst farmland with fantastic views across North Cornwall's Allen Valley. We have two 18th-century self-catering barns, Mill Barn (sleeps six) and Stable Cottage(sleeps four)offer a peaceful holiday retreat and a perfect location for exploring Cornwall. Recently renovated, both cottages retain their original character with stone walls, beams, cobbles, slate, granite and wood floors. Both have their own unique charm, they are beautifully furnished and decorated throughout with wood burning stove, column radiators & bathrooms with freestanding bath and shower room. Located within easy reach of the North Cornish Coast, so you could go surfing at Polzeath and sailing or fishing at Rock. You can relax in the sand dunes at Daymer Bay and cycle along the famous Camel Trail, moorland and coastal walks. Also nearby are Padstow, Boscastle, Bodmin Moor and the historic fishing village of Port Issac. Tredarrup is only half an hour from the Eden Project and 40 minutes from The Lost Gardens of Heligan. St Teath, the local village, has a newsagent, grocery store and a pub with good food.

Rooms Description

Mill Barn sleeps 6 with a downstairs main double bedroom with original granite floor and grain sill. Then along the cobbled hallway are two twin rooms. At one end is a large bathroom with luxury freestanding bath on original slate floor, at the other, a large shower room with mosaic tiled shower cubicle. Stable Cottage sleeps four with two bedrooms consisting of a main double bedroom with en-suite shower room with mosaic tiled shower cubicle and twin room. There is also a large bathroom with luxury freestanding bath on the original slate floor. Tea and homemade cake, on arrival. Short breaks available. Mill Barn has its own outdoor covered terrace & adjacent is its own BBQ with grass area and our own private woodland. Stable Cottage has its own outdoor BBQ area, in the courtyard.

Specialities

Tredarrup offer a very high level of service to its guests, to the point of giving a homemade cake to new arrivals as a thank you. Short breaks are available - open all year. Unfortunately, Tredarrup is unable to accommodate pets.
