Primrose Cottage is built around an old miner's cottage nestled in wooded countryside, sheltered from all winds and a natural suntrap. The cottage is situated in the heart of Cornwall, close to the superb beach of Praa Sands and the fishing harbour of Porthleven. The house is away from the road, with private parking and there is a separate children's play area with swings, slide, sandpit etc.

There is much to see and do within easy reach of the accommodation, including Praa Sands Beach, the world famous Eden Project, Newquay, St Ives, Land's End, the Lizard Peninsula, Truro, Falmouth, Porthleven and Helston.
