Guests at Sedgemoor Heights are guarateed a quiet, comfortable stay in one of the 3 fully equipped ensuite rooms. The 1820's house is a genuine 10 minute walking walk from the rail/bus station, and an even shorter walk to the recently renovated town centre. 46 Bodmin Road is a large townhouse built for the rich industrialists of St Austell circa 1829. The guest accommodation is quietly situated at the rear of the house. Guests have thier own private entrance via the rear courtyard. Breakfast is served in the bright, elegant dining room in the main house.

The central position of Sedgmoor Heights makes it an ideal base for touring Cornwall. Attractions such as the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are a 15 minute drive away, whilst the beautiful beaches and picturesque harbour villages of St Austell Bay are easily and quickly reached. There is a private guest car park at the front of the house for those arriving by car. Rail/train/coach links are a genuine 10 minute walk away.

All rooms are well equiped, including: Freeview TV, tea & coffee making facilities, hair-dryer, etc. All rooms are centrally heated and non-smoking. The Maid's Room: twin, ensuite with fully tiled bathroom, located on the first floor overlooking the pretty courtyard. The Nursery: large, first floor, ensuite, 3 full sized beds, sleeps up to four people. Great for groups of friends as well as families. The Butler's room: cosy, ground floor double, ensuite shower room - spacious shower
