Smeaton Farm is a 450 acre working farm situated within the Duchy of Cornwall. It is run by husband and wife team Richard and Sarah Jones. Located near to Saltash, the farm is fully organic, both in its arable and livestock activities. Farm fresh meats are available for sale, all of which come from the animals that can be seen grazing on the farm. Within our secluded Georgian Farmhouse you will experience pure luxury and organic cooking. The farm is ideally located for those wishing to discover this part of Cornwall, with both AA 4-Star Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast and camping facilities available. Guests can enjoy our farm trail, children's play area and picnic area. Every year the farm is home to the Amazing Cornish Maize Maze which attracts thousands of visitors from far and wide. While the Maze is open the farm offers a variety of additional attractions and activities, including a gift shop, cafe, quizzes and games.

All rooms have a television, hair drier, tea making facilities, local Cornish spring water and complimentary organic toiletries. Our rates are per room per night and include a choice of breakfasts - Full English, Continental or for something a little different, fresh fish. All of these can be enjoyed next to an open log fire in our cosy Breakfast Room. A high chair is available. After this spend time unwinding in our comfortable lounge with it's open fire and gorgeous views of the Cornish countryside. If you require an evening meal this can be pre-booked at a cost of £15 per person, which includes a complimentary glass of wine. Home produced food is always used whenever available including beef, pork, lamb, free range eggs and seasonal vegetables. Within our secluded Georgian Farmhouse, you will experience pure luxury and superb organic cooking. The views and setting of Smeaton Farm are absolutely breath taking.
