Richard and Sarah Jones welcome you to the AA 4 star Smeaton Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast. Set on a 450 acre working farm within the Duchy of Cornwall, the farm is fully organic. Ideally located near Saltash, and the perfect base from which to discover this part of Cornwall. We are perfect for couples and families with double and family rooms available. Adults and children alike will enjoy our farm trail and the kids will love our play area!

Every year the farm is home to the Amazing Cornish Maize Maze which attracts thousands of visitors from far and wide. While the Maze is open the farm offers a variety of additional attractions and activities, including a gift shop, café, quizzes and games. Off the farm there are plenty of attractions to keep you busy. Why not spend a day at the Eden Project, or visit the unique Charleston Shipwreck Centre. the National Marine Aquarium is a must and there are plenty of national trust houses to be visited. What ever your likes, we're sure you'll find something to you'll enjoy!

We have 4 rooms available. Choose from 3 double ensuites, or our family ensuite room with a double bed, 2 singles and a cot. all rooms have a colour TV, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries. Wake up to a delicious breakfast. Choose from a full English, Continental or fresh fish. Relax in our comfortable lounge with its open fire and beautiful views of the Cornish countryside.

We can offer home cooked evening meals at a price of £20, for which we have a special AA dinner award. Please pre book. This includes a complimentary glass of wine. Tents and tourers are welcome on the Smeaton Farm Campsite. Organic chocolates and Champagne are available for your special occasion.
