Self Catering Accomodation sleeps 4, Newly Converted Holiday Propery, Beautiful outlook over Quiet Open Countryside nr the village of Mabyn, 5 miles from Bodmin

The Byre has been lovingly restored over the last three years and provides luxury self catering accommodation for up to four people. The property is set in six acres of our own land and enjoys beautiful views over open countryside near the village of St Mabyn, about five miles from Wadebridge and Bodmin. The Byre's one acre garden is relatively new but is maturing nicely and we welcome guests' ideas for its future development.

The layout of the barn has been designed with guests' comfort in mind and we have included underfloor heating for those who visit during the colder months. In renovating the barn, we have made full use of the natural light to create a bright and airy living space. The barn is decorated throughout with original pieces of artwork which will help to add to the enjoyment of your stay. The property is conveniently placed for exploring the beautiful county of Cornwall and a day's outing will take you to the award winning Trebah Gardens, or St Michael's Mount, the Tate Gallery St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth museum.

Rooms Description

The large double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and en-suite shower.

Specialities

The tariff is inclusive of bed linen, towels, heating and electricity. For those booking for a full week we also include a complimentary bottle of wine from our local famous Camel Valley Vineyard. Sorry no pets allowed. The property is fully non smoking throughout.
