The Cuddy is a one bedroom self-contained annexe to a character family home ideally situated in the quieter part of town yet within ten minutes walk of the town centre with its quaint cobbled streets, picturesque harbour and golden sandy beaches. Within close walking distance of the Cuddy are two social clubs both with regular entertainment, the new St Ives leisure centre, local shops and public transport services. 'The Cuddy' is fully double glazed and has gas fired central heating with constant hot water.There is free safe car parking on the premises. Bed linen is included.
