A four star bed and breakfast located in the picturesque village of Blisland, near Bodmin in Cornwall. The village is made up from a collection of old cottages, pretty church and a CAMRA pub, all clustered around a quaint village green. The village is superbly located between the north and south coasts, meaning you can be in Padstow or Fowey in under half an hour! The central location makes this the ideal base for touring the area's magnificent beaches, picturesque fishing villages, delightful harbours and sailing centres. If you are a lover of the great outdoors then there is an endless choice of coastal paths just waiting to be explored. We are only too happy to recommend our favourites!

The fabulous Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan can be reached in under half an hour and even closer is Lanhydrock House, a very popular National Trust property. There are a wide variety of other National Trust properties within easy reach and the Minack Theatre and St Michael's Mount are also close by. The Bodmin & Wenford Railway is only five miles away and is extremely popular with children (and steam train enthusiasts!). Also local is Colliford Lake Park. Newquay (about half an hour away) has the excellent blue reef aquarium as well as Newquay Zoo.

Torr House offers four guest bedrooms, all of which are exceptionally comfortable with luxury bedding, tea and coffee making facilities and TV. Breakfast is served in the conservatory where you can chose between a traditional full English breakfast, kedgeree or scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.
