Rosecraddoc Manor near Liskeard is a Grade II listed early 19th Century manor house that has been tastefully converted into self catering apartments along with several other buildings on its estate. There are eight apartments in total with capacities ranging from two to six guests, and all are well appointed and equipped to provide comfortable accommodation suitable for families, couples and sensible adult groups. Each property offers something different including four-poster beds, wheelchair access and views of the lake or river running through the 35 acre estate.

Liskeard is at the head of the Looe Valley in south east Cornwall. The ancient market town still hosts several farmers and livstock markets each month and offers a good range of shops including a large number of local businesses selling locally made and sourced produce. It has a variety of pubs, restaurants and cafes with something to suit all ages and tastes. Tourists can enjoy a variety of fun and educational attractions including a heritage trail, annual carnivals and shows, and the nearby Carnglaze Caverns, a striking location with three vast man made caves and 6.5 acres of beautiful woodland surroundings. The caverns offer guided tours, and play host to a unique concert venue, an underground lake and an unusual place for a memorable wedding ceremony.

The varied accommodation at Rosecraddoc Manor near Liskeard includes, 1x five bedroom property, 3x six bedroom properties and 4x two bedroom properties. Each has its own individual style but all have well-equipped kitchens including cooking appliances such as microwaves and laundry facilities. Comfy sitting rooms/areas come with sumptuous seating and TVs and radios for entertainment. Bedrooms all features very comfortable double or twin beds with some properties feature four poster beds. Bathrooms are all clean and fitted with either a stand alone shower of bath with shower over, some even benefit from spa baths.

Each of the properties at Rosecraddoc Manor has a private sauna. The two riverside cottages, Riverview and Riverbank include features that make them suitable for guests with wheelchairs. There is a large lake on the estate close to the Manor House and Lakeview Cottage; guests can enjoy coarse fishing at the lake which has a good stock of carp, bream and roach. Guests also have use of an all weather tennis court between April – October. We provide fresh, clean bedding to all properties and parking spaces are plentiful across the estate.
