Self Catering Chalet Sleeps 4 in private farm location with beautiful views of Cornwall. Near Bude.

Peaceful Self Catering Chalet Style static caravan to let, sleeps 4 plus cot if required. Individual farm location set within half an acre, plenty of outdoor space and parking. Stunning views across beautiful countryside(and the odd cow!). It's really the view that makes this spot so special. 15 Minute drive to Bude and Fabulous Sandy Beaches. It has a very roomy lounge / dining area with tv and dvd player provided as well as radio cd player (again both b new). It has a functional, well equipped kitchen with all kitchen ware provided, crockery, cutlery, utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave combined oven and gas hob and cooker. There are three bedrooms, one double with 4ft 6 bed in and two single rooms which have a single bed in each and would suit children. The singles can be put together to make a double to accommodate a couple if necessary. There is a bathroom with small corner bath (suitable for children) and electric shower above, sink and toilet and also a seperate cloakroom with toilet and hand wash basin. There is gas heater in lounge and electric heaters in bedrooms. We can provide a cot and high chair if necessary. All safety checks are upto date and smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide alarms are fitted.

We ask that customers provide their own towels but we supply all bedding and tea towels. All bedding, sheets, duvets and pillowcases are brand new this month. Outside there is (currently being constructed so not on photos yet) a paved area leading from the lounge patio doors with garden table with 4 chairs. We will be providing a bbq with utensils. Smoking is not permitted. No pets. There is plenty of space for children to play and parking all around the chalet. The caravan is clad in wood making it look less like a static and more like a lodge! Our farm is a family run dairy and beef farm, a tour of farm may be available during your stay.
