The Glass Barn, a 'green' oak conservatory, is the perfect setting in which to enjoy a delicious breakfast chosen, by you, from a wonderful selection of traditional farmhouse fare. From award winning organic sausages and bacon to a variety of fresh fruit platters, organic yoghurts, free range eggs and Kath's delicious home baked bread. Whenever possible, we source our food locally.
Rooms Description
Gardens Cottage B&B has three captivating ground floor rooms. The Garden Room overlooks the main garden and has a superking/twin beds, the Courtyard Rooms each have a small courtyard garden and a king/twin beds. You will find huge fluffy white towels in all the luxury en-suite walk-in shower areas. All rooms have separate toilets. You will also find a table and two comfy chairs, digital TV with freeview, separate DVD player, radio/cd player and a refrigerator with ice compartment (for your G&T perhaps). Unlimited fresh milk, real coffee, spring water and speciality teas are also provided along with selection of wine glasses, crockery and cutlery, should you need them. You are in control of your room temperature with a warm air/air conditioning system and would have unlimited use of your room during your stay.
Specialities
The Eden Project is a short country walk away, just one mile, and tickets are available for both The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, to help you avoid the queues. Many other beautiful gardens and National Trust properties are also very close by. Bike hire can be arranged for you should you feel energetic. Laundry and ironing facilities are available. Please note that Gardens Cottage is strictly non-smoking (house and garden), child, pet and stress free environment.

Directions
Follow the a390 to St. Blazey. Opposite the Jet garage in the town is Prideax Road. Follow Prideaux Road for about 1/2 a mile then take a right turn marked Luxulyan Valley and Prideaux. Drive up through the woods past Prideaux House and continue up the hill. As the road bends left, on your left, you will find the granite walled entrance to Gardens Cottage.
