3 The Barns is located approximately 3 miles north of Falmouth, close to the superb sailing waters of the Helford River and the Fal Estuary and a short drive from a selection of fine beaches. Situated within a small hamlet, the property has country views, a good sized garden and spacious, warm accommodation. From the 5 car space driveway the Barn is accessed via a small, private front garden. The front stable door opens onto a terracotta hall with doors to kitchen, lounge, cloakroom and downstairs bathroom and utility room. Stairs lead off the hall to the bedrooms.

Downstairs the open-plan ground floor has a kitchen-diner seating 4 and opens to the main dining area with a table seating 8 Adjacent is the lounge separated by a central fireplace with woodburner. Luxurious comfortable seating, a large screen TV, video/DVD and CD stereo system are provided. There are superb country views from lounge and dining area, both of which have double doors opening onto the back garden. Off the lounge and the driveway the good-sized, secure garden is complete with children's swings, slide, trampoline and Wendy House. There is also a patio area with picnic bench seating and a barbecue supplied.
