Have a glass of wine on your private patio or balcony, or a barbecue on our purpose built terrace overlooking the sea. You can even spend time on our own secluded beach via a private cliff footpath.

The beach is just 100 yards from the accommodation where guests will find a small river, rock pools and safe bathing. The local town of Seaton has a pub, bistro, shop, beach café and diving school. There is a country park offering excellent walks, a children's adventure playground as well as a number of excellent golf courses. The bustling harbour town of Looe is not far away where you can take a cruise along the coast or to Looe Island. The site itself is ideal for children with a play area and a babysitting service, we also offer a video library for your entertainment, free of charge.

Rooms Description

Our comfortable apartments sleep between two and six guests and all are furnished to a high standard. Beds are made up for you on arrival and all have digital TV/radio with video or DVD player and freeview. We have WiFi internet access also. All Riviera luxury units are new for 2009, and have oak flooring in the lounge and hall, carpeted bedrooms, and environmentally friendly under-floor heating throughout. Riviera kitchens are fitted with double ovens, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. These luxurious West Wing apartments are equipped and furnished to a very high standard, with the objective of providing all home comforts.

Cots and highchairs are available for weekly hire. Pets are welcome at any time other than the Summer Holidays. Some apartments have wheelchair access. All accommodation is fully non smoking for the comfort and safety of all guests.
