Breaks Guest House offers all the luxury of a hotel with the intimacy of a guest house. We are conveniently located, being just a five minute walk from the town centre and the world famous Fistral Beach. We offer all the little things that make a difference such as complementary refreshments on arrival, cafetiere coffee, frsh milk, a selection of teas including herbal, flat screen TVs and DVD players.

For breakfast, we offer a hearty full English or a vegetarian option made using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. In addition to this afternoon speciality coffees, tea and lite bites are also available. Should you be in town to sample the famous surf, we can arrange surfing lessons with Newquay's premier surf school. Equipment hire is included in the price, please enquire when booking.
