It adjoins with Sea Spray and, as the properties are adjoining, they are ideal for two family bookings. Portreath is a former fishing village nestled in a valley between Perranporth and Hayle. The coast path runs in either direction and is within minutes of the property. From here visitors can take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding coastline. Once the sea air has worked its magic, keen appetites can be satisfied in the nearby beachfront cafes, pubs and restaurants. The lively and popular resort of Newquay is only fifteen miles away and the Cornwall's may sights and attractions are all within easy reach by car.

Gulls Roost has a lounge with sea views and is equipped with TV and DVD player. Upstairs the main bedroom has French doors leading to a conservatory area where guests can enjoy uniterrupted sea views. In the second bedroom there are twin beds with a TV and DVD player. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
