The property is conveniently located lose to the coastal path and is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with spectacular coastal views from every room. The property's sub tropical garden provides the perfect place to relax amongst the magnificent plant displays, with the sounds of sails flapping in the breeze.

There is much to see and do in the local area, without the need to use the car. Nearby Gillan Creek is excellent for watersports and the Helford River Sailing Club is close by. Golf courses can be found at Mullion and Budock Vean and tennis courts can also be hired locally. The house is set out on one level and all living areas are light and spacious making this the ideal place fo a relaxing and memorable break in Cornwall.

Rooms Description

The accommodation sleeps up to eight people in twin, double and bunk rooms. The sitting room and sun lounge provides the perfect place to relax with a book, DVD or just watch the yachts go by. The master suite has a king sized bed with en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV and DVD player and has views of the sea and river.
