The accommodation is situated just two miles from Newquay town centre and within walking distance of Fistral Beach. Nearby Lewinnick Lodge is a modern bar and restaurant offering fabulous food, a great atmosphere and uninterrupted sea views. The surrounding area is famous for surfing and water based pursuits.

Surf View Beach House has been recently refurbished to a high standard in a modern and contemporary style. The fully fitted kitchen has modern appliances including oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. The living area has ample comfortable seating and is equipped with LCD TV, DVD and Freeview digital TV for your entertainment. Visitors have access to the outdoor heated swimming pool between 7 am and 10.30 pm and the surrounding patio area overlooks both the garden and the pool.
