The property is situated just a stone's throw from the beach and a short walk from Pendennis Castle, the Maritime Museum, town centre, sailing marina, port, ferries and railway station. Falmouth is built on the waterfront and its many attractions include museums, art galleries, art centre and many restaurants and waterfront pubs. The guest house lies close to the historic harbour from where it is possible to catch ferries to St Mawes, Truro and along Helford River to the infamous Frenchmen's Creek.

Breakfast at this four star establishment is taken in the dining room where you can feast on a traditional Cornish breakfast or enjoy a lighter alternative consisting of cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and juices. All of our food is sourced locally and we provide organic or free range food whenever possible. Packed lunches can be arranged on request for those days out exploring the local sights and attractions. Each of our five comfortable guest rooms are beautifully equipped with top quality beds and linen, flat screen TV, clock radio alarm, hairdryer, towels, bathrobe and a generous beverage tray.
