Chycothan is a 300 year old traditional Cornish farmhouse offering self catering accommodation near Newquay. Chycothan farmhouse is one of the oldest properties situated in the village of Tregurrian. This charming Cornwall cottage sits on the hill above Watergate Bay and boasts wonderful sea views. Comfortably sleeps eight people the farmhouse features a wealth of period features including exposed beams, fireplace with traditional Cornish cloam oven and wood burning stove
Chycothan self catering home is in ideal location to tour Cornwall. Situated in the pretty village of Tregurrian. We are a mere half a mile from Watergate Bay and just two miles from the lovely village of St Mawgen. Newquay town and its popular Fistral beach is just four miles away. Newquay Airport is just a few miles away which boasts daily flights to & from London, Southampton, Leeds and many other destinations.
Rooms Description
The Cottage sleeps 8 - Comprising of four doubles bedrooms. A large sitting room with open fire, TV & Video and a selection of videos & books to read. The dining room features a traditional Cornish cloam oven with wood burning stove &a large oak dining table. This leads to a new small conservatory. The kitchen has a range-style electric oven, dishwasher, microwave & stereo. Family bathroom with separate shower. The 'Cattle Shed' contains a shower cabinet, washing machine & storage space.
