The majority of 2010 Bookings at Carey Gate are from Returning Guests. Spacious Self Catering accommodation all Year round. Based 4 miles from Launceston on the N. Devon/Cornwall border. The Cottage is within easy reach of several superb beaches at Bude and is ideal for Sight Seeing, Attractions and Outdoor Interests for all ages. Guests are very welcome to help feed the Farm Animals if they would like to. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large sitting room with woodburner and a South facing conservatory with second tele. It can accomodate 2 - 6 Guests. But is so frequently booked by a Couple or family of 3 or 4 or by 4 Adults who welcome the extra space that prices are always based on number staying to make it great value for everyone. There is a large Garden with a well equipped play area and one dog is welcome at no extra cost. Large garden and play area. Free WIFI broadband internet access and all bed linen, towels, electric, heating and VAT are included in the rental cost. A cot, highchair and stairgate are all available. The cottage is non smoking and one well behaved dog is welcome at no extra charge.
