Tregondale has a tennis court for guests to enjoy a spot of exercise in the summer sun. There is also a wooded trail where guests can enjoy a stroll through the established farm and stunning local woodlands, carpeted with bluebells and hedgerows. Many birds nest in this area and are a real joy to watch. The property's 2 ponds are on the farm trail. We are also close to the fabulous Eden Project and many National Trust Properties and areas. We are just 6 miles from Looe, a stunning seaside town, great for those who want to stretch their legs! Looe and the surrounding area also have an array of fine restaurants for you to enjoy an evening meal. Cornwall also offers several local golf courses, set in beautiful countryside. Situated nearby to many National Trust properties and coastlines.

There is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen diner and BBQ equipment on the patio to facilitate your self catering stay. The lounge has freeview TV DVD and a wood burning stove with complimentary logs. Linen, electric and towels are all included in the price.

Directions
Tregondale Farm is easily found 1½ miles off the A390 at Merrymeet, following the Tregondale Accommodation signs. From the main A38, go around Trerulefoot roundabout and head for Liskeard. Do not take the Menheniot Low Bridge turning. Join the dual carriageway and half way up the hill, turn right for Menheniot (beside the Hayloft Restaurant). This by-road takes you to the village. Keep heading straight for about 1½ miles and you will arrive at a T-junction. Turn left and almost immediately turn right at the Tregondale entrance sign.
