Whilst within easy reach of the bustle and excitement of St Ives, Blue Horizon nestles in an attractive wooded valley on the stunning North Cornish coast and is set in a lovely garden of one acre on the seaward side of Carbis Bay with fabulous coastal views. Blue Horizon is no more than than a stones throw away from the soft golden sand on the family friendly beach of Carbis Bay. Walkers have the choice of superb coastal footpaths, while those who wish to discover the beauty of Cornwall by car are ideally placed with free parking right outside the door.

"Blue Horizon" is part of a small, sensitively designed, purpose built development of only 8 apartments found discreetly nestling in Carbis Bay Valley, about 1.25 miles from the centre of St. Ives. The beach is very close by and is a favourite with both holiday makers and locals. A private footpath to the side of the garden will take you on a pretty, two minute stroll to the beach via a woodland path running beside a stream -- pure bliss! Carbis Bay usually avoids traffic congestion and your allocated free car parking is right outside. Close by there is a Tesco's, local newsagent, grocery with sub Post Office, children's play park, pubs and restaurants. The breathtakingly beautiful St Ives to St Erth branch line train has a station only minutes away and offers a frequent service. The three minute journey follows a track that hugs the rugged Cornish coast making the most of a landscape that clearly deserves its inclusion in the "Most Beautiful Bays In The World Club", one of only two bays in England.

"Blue Horizon's" lounge, with patio door opening onto the balcony and the main bedroom window command beautiful sea and coastal views across the garden and over the sea of St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. The balcony has sun chairs to relax in whilst enjoying the spectacular views and sunrises over Gwithian's coastline. There is a very large communal garden which includes a level lawn edged with flowers, shrubs and trees, together with an extensive woodland area, attracting wildlife such as badgers, rabbits, owls and woodpeckers. The outside communal space is largely traffic free. Lounge/Dining Room -- Two sofas, dining table, multi channel flat screen T.V. with DVD player and selection of videos, DVD's, books, games etc. patio door, good size balcony with sun chairs. Bedroom 1 -- Double bed, bedroom suite with plenty of storage and hanging space, TV, Freeview and video player. Bedroom 2 -- Two single beds, wardrobe, drawers and bedside cupboards. Kitchen - Fully equipped with utensils, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine and tumble drier. Bathroom -- Including bath and shower attachment, shaver/toothbrush charger socket.
