Oozing character and luxuriously furnished, this charming self catering holiday cottage in Wadebridge is perfect for family and friends holidaying together.

Saltings Holiday Cottage is a newly renovated character cottage sleeping between four and eight people on the outskirts of Egloshayle and Wadebridge in Cornwall. The cottage is set back from Egloshayle Road and has a private walled Garden. Wadebridge town centre and all amenities lie within walking distance and the cottage is just a short drive away from Rock, Polzeath and Padstow on the Cornish coast. Wadebridge itself is a bustling market town which has managed retain its individuality by shunning the usual high street vendors, preferring instead the smaller, independent butchers, fishmongers, bakers and boutique shops.

Wadebridge is an ideal centre for those with an interest in outdoor activities, being situated half way along the Camel Trail which runs along a disused railway libe running from Padstow to Bodmin. Surfing has fast become popular in the Cornwall area and our good friends at Waves Surf School and O'Neill Surf Academy will be only too happy to help you find your surfing feet. The world famous Eden Project can be found just eleven miles away and is a must see for anyone holidaying in the area.

The Saltings Holiday Cottage ground floor comprises of a bespoke kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine; open plan dining room featuring a restored church pew and custom dining table; lounge with woodburner, slate floor and comfy sofa; ground floor bedroom with a double bedroom on the mezzanine level and two singles on the ground floor; ground floor shower room and master bedroom with spectacular views across the Camel Valley. The first floor is home to a further lounge area with TV, DVD, free WiFi, a selection of films and a balcony looking out over the dining area; the bathroom has a contemporary roll top bath. Outside there is a garden area with barbeuce, perfect for enjoying the temperate Cornish weather.
