The farmhouse and beautiful barn conversions nestle into the countryside on the edge of the wild and romantic Bodmin Moor. Enjoy the varied coastline which offers breathtaking cliff top walks, sheltered coves to explore, long sandy surfing beaches and traditional fishing villages such as Ports Isaac and Gaverne. Particularly excellent surfing beaches at Polzeath and Trebarwith. Bodmin Moor is just 5 minutes away with Brown Willy and Roughtor being a great attraction for walkers and riders alike. After a busy day of enjoying yourself why not use our new luxury Spa which includes sauna and hot tub - relax at night and look at the magnificent night sky.
Steppes Farm Cottages sit in a beautiful rural setting with stunning views and offer three self catering cottages to guests. Immaculate OWL COTTAGE sleeps 4 and has stunning views with spacious and well-equipped accommodation. The Cottage has welcoming soft furnishings in delicate colours and offers a relaxing atmosphere with its exposed beams and interesting upside-down arrangement. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. 1 double and 1 twin. Lovely bathroom with separate shower, basin and wc. Upstairs offers a wonderful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with coal burner, cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV, Freeview and DVD. DOVE COTTAGE sleeps 2 and offers one double bedroom on the ground floor, together with contemporary bathroom with separate shower, wc and basin. The cottage is simply and stylishly decorated, with designer fabrics and comfortable seating. The kitchen/diner is well equipped and has a cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Upstairs offers a beautiful lounge with coal burner, TV, Freeview and DVD. GOOSE COTTAGE sleeping 4 is stylish and contemporary with a stunning designer bathroom with chromotherapy walk-in shower and rainfall showerhead. The top of the range kitchen/diner has a patio door which opens out onto its own gardens. All the appliances you would expect plus a dishwasher. There are 2 vaulted bedrooms - 1 double and 1 with twin beds, co-ordinated designer fabrics have been used. The views from every room are spectacular - on a clear day you can see the sea shimmering on the horizon. Each Cottage has a coal burner and selection of books and games are available. All the properties have their own spring water supply, which is regularly tested and is excellent to drink. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ on the patio area and relax in the large gardens with privacy. Garden furniture, picnic tables, and garden games are provided. Luxury bed linen and towels are provided. Complimentary tea and coffee. High Chairs and Cots are available free of charge.
If you would like your shopping to be waiting on arrival please let us know and this can be arranged. A day-to-day chambermaid service can also be provided. An information centre is available and this has a wide selection of leaflets, brochures and up-to-date information on monthly events. Wi-Fi connection is available in each cottage. Weddings are easily catered for. There are many beautiful photographic opportunities, space for marquees and the necessary storage and parking. On the farm there is stabling for horses and a barn for the storage of bikes and boats. Ample off-road parking available. Facilities for rinsing and drying wet suits are provided.
